We happily offer 14-day exchanges and returns on all unworn items with original tags attached.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- Contact our customer support on WhatsApp or via email within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Share your order number and specify the new size or item you would like.
- Our courier partner will pick up the return parcel and deliver your replacement.
Exchange Conditions
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in their original eco-friendly packaging with all Child Cloth tags intact. For hygiene reasons, baby bibs and pacifier accessories are final sale unless defective.
